Finerxa is an independently operated personal-finance service. This policy explains what information is processed, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you create an account, Finerxa processes your email address and authentication information. When you use the app, you may add expenses, income, budgets, recurring items, settings, assets, liabilities, valuations and wealth transactions.

Finerxa does not request your online-banking credentials and does not automatically connect to your bank accounts.

How information is used

To provide, secure and maintain your Finerxa account.
To calculate and display budgets, trends, balances and wealth information.
To send essential account messages, including confirmation and password-reset emails.
To diagnose errors, prevent misuse and improve reliability.

Your financial information is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.

Storage and service providers

Finerxa uses specialist infrastructure providers to host the app, store account data and deliver essential emails. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Security

Finerxa uses account authentication, access controls and database policies designed to keep each user’s information separate. No online service can promise absolute security, so you should use a strong, unique password and protect access to your email account and devices.

Your choices and rights

You may export supported expense and wealth records from the app. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting the privacy address below. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance or the resolution of disputes.

Children

Finerxa is not directed to children and should not be used by anyone who is not legally able to enter into an agreement for the service in their location.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Finerxa develops or its legal obligations change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
