What Finerxa provides
Finerxa provides tools for recording, organizing and reviewing personal financial information, including spending, income, budgets and wealth. Features may change as the service develops.
Not financial advice
Finerxa is an organizational and informational tool. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, legal or other professional advice. Calculations, exchange rates, estimates and projections may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified before you make a financial decision.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and maintaining control of your email account and devices. You must notify Finerxa if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, use it unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.

You retain responsibility for the financial information you enter. You grant Finerxa permission to process that information only as needed to operate and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Finerxa is provided without guarantees that every calculation, rate, feature or result will always be complete, accurate or available. Finerxa is not responsible for financial decisions made based solely on information displayed by the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using Finerxa at any time and may request deletion of your account information. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, maintain security, comply with law or address misuse.
